Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the Qasar Ai Watan website or request visitor-preparation services. By submitting a request or purchasing a confirmed service, you accept these terms.

Independent Visitor Preparation

Qasar Ai Watan provides remote planning materials for a Qasr Al Watan visit. It is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Qasr Al Watan. The service is not an official source of venue rules and does not include on-site guiding.

Services and Package Fees

• Essential Visit Plan for one or two visitors: $69.
• Family Visit Plan for up to six visitors: $119.
• Group Arrival Plan for seven to fifteen visitors: $189.
• 30-minute Arabic-English Orientation Call: $45.
• Plan Update Add-On for one defined revision: $25.

Package contents are described on the plans and prices page. Admission tickets, transport, accommodation, and purchases from third parties are not included.

Requests, Confirmation, and Payment

A submitted form is a request, not an automatic booking. We may ask questions about the visit before confirming whether the requested service can be provided. The selected package, fee, expected delivery details, and payment timing will be confirmed before work begins.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, party, timing, and arrival information. Do not submit payment-card information through the request form or ordinary email.

Delivery and Revisions

Planning materials are delivered electronically to the email address you provide. Delivery timing will be stated when the request is confirmed and depends on receiving the necessary visit details and any agreed payment.

A package includes only the deliverables listed for that package. The $25 Plan Update Add-On covers one revision prompted by a changed date, party size, or arrival arrangement. It does not cover a newly planned trip, a different destination, or repeated changes.

Orientation Calls

The optional call lasts 30 minutes and is scheduled remotely before travel. You are responsible for joining at the agreed time with a working connection. A missed or late call may reduce the available session time.

Cancellations and Refunds

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel. Any cancellation or refund available will depend on whether work has started, whether materials have been delivered, and whether a scheduled call time has been reserved. Confirmed cancellation terms will be provided before payment. Fees for completed work, delivered materials, or a completed call are not refundable except where otherwise agreed or required.

Your Responsibilities

You must purchase admission through an authorized channel and independently verify current opening hours, show schedules, accessible services, dress expectations, security rules, ticket conditions, transport arrangements, and official instructions before departure. You remain responsible for travel decisions, documents, personal belongings, supervision of children, and compliance with venue directions and local rules.

Changing Venue Information

Venue hours, access arrangements, routes, exhibits, security requirements, and admission terms can change without notice. Planning materials reflect the details available and supplied at the time of preparation. They do not guarantee entry, availability, timing, or access to a particular room, event, or service.

Permitted Use and Intellectual Property

Planning materials are provided for the personal use of the visitor or group named in the request. You may print and distribute a group copy within that party. You may not resell, publish, reproduce commercially, remove ownership notices from, or present the materials as official venue content.

Disclaimers and Limits

The service provides preparation information and does not guarantee a particular travel outcome. To the extent permitted, Qasar Ai Watan is not responsible for decisions or changes made by the venue, ticket sellers, transport providers, accommodation providers, government authorities, or other third parties, or for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by a visitor.

Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any responsibility for a direct claim relating to a paid service will be assessed in light of the service purchased and the circumstances of the claim.

Changes and Governing Terms

We may update these terms for future use of the site or future requests. The version provided or available when a service is confirmed applies to that service. Applicable law and any mandatory consumer protections will govern without removing rights that cannot be waived.
